When Afraa started its journey, celebrated nutritionist and food consultant Karen Anand created an international range of cuisine for Kolkata. Taking the international flavors further was international Chef Davide Cananzi, who has wide experience in hotels across the world. He too innovated some of the signature Afraa dishes which were all set to stimulate the taste buds of the gastronomic Kolkatan. Chef Sumanta Chakrabarti & Chef Chiranjib Chatterjee have carried forward their legacy to put Kolkata on the international food circuit. Afraa offers “Global Cuisine”, which means… “a little of everything” - right from Italian, Mexican, Lebanese, Mediterranean, Oriental to Indian. We ensure to serve food that is available and palatable to every taste bud. Another unique feature one would find at Afraa is a live Pizza Counter that boasts of an authentic Italian Pizza Oven. We thus make thin crust, crisp Italian Pizzas.. Variety is another aspect we like to offer to our guests, which is the reason why our menu is changed every quarter.
